I have taken my dog(s) to Jay for bathing and grooming,
on a monthly basis, since 1995.

     In that year, my Kerry Blue Terrier, Cailin, age 12, was losing her thick lovely coat and developing a skin rash. (I attributed this to age.) But after 5 months of treatment, to my delight and SURPRISE Cailin's coat came back and the rash disappeared. There were no other variables/changes ie. diet or environmental__so I can only attribute the change to Jay's choice of products, treatment., and his very deep bathing procedure.
